Planning, design and feasibility
Do you know approximately what you want and what your budget is? Then it’s time to contact a contractor. We are happy to go over your plans and think through the feasibility in both design and budget.
If everything aligns, it’s time for an initial quote, and if desired, we can bring in a project manager and architect to assist.
We naturally have many contacts and great partners to work with. We can connect you with them, or you can choose to bring in your own party.
After this phase, a detailed plan and a fully developed quote will follow. Once approved, we’ll get started!

Your neighbors (surrounding area) will also be affected by the remodel, of course. You notify them and we minimize any inconvenience.
