The first stage of any project starts with an enquiry. By phone, e-mail or the form on our website. After this, we start the process for you. From application to initial advice and a concise plan of action. We can do it quite fast if necessary.
Meet the team
Your enquiry has been received, and we’ll determine which team of specialists is ideal for your project. Afterward, you’ll meet individually with the parties involved.
Design phase
Together with us or the architect, you go from idea to plan and develop a design for the project. We’re often involved at this stage to address any issues and, if desired, suggest cost-saving alternatives. Of course in many cases our clients already have a design and we can work from this.
After this we’ll be able to provide a very detailed cost overview.
Work preparation
The preperations before construction are a vital part of the building process and ensures the entire renovation runs as smoothly as possible. We actively work on this for you. We ensure everything is properly organized beforehand, so the implementation phase can begin without a hitch.
The build
During construction, we take care of everything down to the last detail. It’s now clear what you want, and we know how best to achieve it. Unforeseen circumstances almost always arise in building projects. We’ve included these in the planning and costs. With our experience we usually manage to keep within the plan, but not always. Especially for very old houses sometimes issues occur during the build.
For these, we maintain direct contact with either you or the construction supervisor.
The check & handover
The completion of a renovation marks the completion and inspection of the project. Together, we ensure everything has been completed according to plan and to your satisfaction. Any deficiencies or additional requests are noted and implemented and resolved, ensuring the final result meets expectations.

Building permits in Amsterdam
