Project Manager Construction
Due to the rapid growth of Nanterre Construction, we are immediately looking for construction project managers. An incredibly challenging position with a lot of responsibility and, depending on your level of experience, both large and complex projects. Your tasks will include, among other things:
- Collaborating with architects and clients on beautiful projects
- Ensuring the planning and progress of your projects
- Preparation of quotations and their administrative processing
- Liaise with client, subcontractor and suppliers
- Responsible for adherence to budgeting and handling billing for construction work
What do we expect from you?
Are you interested in working as a Construction Project Manager at Nanterre Bouw? Our ideal candidate has:
- HBO bachelors knowledge level
- Minimal of 5 years experience in comparable function
- Fluent in Dutch (and preferably English)
- Can switch quickly and work in a structured way
- Is meticulous and technically minded
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
