Design phase
In many cases, together with the architect (provided by us or one you find), you arrive at a design for. the project. We are often involved at this stage to tackle any problems and suggest cost-saving alternatives if required.

How much will the construction work cost?
The costs for the project depends on a couple of variables. It all depends on the scope of work, the time it will take to accomplish the completion of the project and the level of quality you decide on with regards to the materials and finish. After your request we usually come by to meet you in person and talk through the whole project. After this initial chat we will provide you with a first quotation. Once you decide to work with us, a more detailed quotation, covering all the labour and material costs, will be calculated and shared with you.
Is it necessary to have drawings?
No, not necessarily. However drawings make it easier for us to provide you with an estimated price. When you don’t have drawings of the project we can assess whether that is in fact necessary for your or not. If so, we can arrange for one of our partners to assist you. Based on the drawings we are able to come up with a precise quotation. If drawings are not necessary we can provide you with a rough estimate right away, or a more detailed quotation afterwards.
