Renovation
Sustainable remodelling is a desire that has greatly increased in recent years. We notice this among our customers and like to think along with them about the possibilities with the aim of making the renovation as sustainable as possible.
Sustainable renovation
Sustainability is becoming an increasingly important topic in the construction industry. We see it reflected in various aspects of every construction project, including energy-saving measures, renewable energy sources, sustainable renovations, and smart technologies.
Energy-saving measures
- Insulation: Enhanced insulation of roofs, walls, and floors to reduce heat loss.
- High-efficiency glass: Installation of double or triple glazing to retain heat indoors.
- Energy-efficient heating: Installation of heat pumps, underfloor heating, or high-efficiency boilers.
Renewable energy sources
- Solar panels: Generating your own electricity with solar panels.
- Heat pumps: A sustainable alternative to traditional heating systems, utilizing heat from the air, soil, or groundwater.
Sustainable renovation
- Transportation: Electric driving and minimizing movements.
- Materials: Use of recycled, natural/renewable high-quality materials.
Johannes Vermeerstraat
Complete renovation of a beautiful appartment in amsterdam. Besides the transformation, this flat has been made more sustainable via solar panels, post-insulation, underfloor heating and a heat pump.
Stoombootweg
Thanks to the serious expansion, it was possible to make a considerable improvement in sustainability. In this project, we made many sustainable choices, installing solar panels, underfloor heating and a heat pump. We also minimise energy losses through post-insulation.
